In November 2019 I had the pleasure of interviewing producer and writer Ivor Powell along with my friend and talented cameraman, Paddy Tyndall.
We spent most of the day talking to Ivor and looking through several of his boxes of treasure that he’d kindly got out of secure storage for the purpose of sharing with us.
After working as a publicist on 2001: A Space Odyssey, Ivor worked for many years as a producer for Ridley Scott on several projects including Alien and Blade Runner
This is part one of my two part documentary about Ivor. Part two will deal with his soon to be released BIOS, which he produced and co-wrote with Craig Luck. Keep an eye out for Part Two in the spring of 2021.
